We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. US overseas territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.

Standard shipping is free on every order within our supported delivery area. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. Total delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date. Orders at or after 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00, or on weekends or US federal holidays, begin processing on the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates.

Compare the garment measurements on each product page with a similar piece you own. Measurements are provided in inches and centimeters; allow approximately 1–2 cm for measurement variation.

Follow the care guidance on the product page. Cotton and cotton-linen pieces have different recommendations. Avoid direct ironing on embroidery, and treat ties and gathered sleeves gently.

Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Contact support first for authorization. These conditions do not prevent reporting damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.

We pay when an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. You pay for a change-of-mind return, including shipment to our authorized company return address in France. No restocking fee applies.

We initiate approved refunds to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider or financial institution determines when the credit appears.
