Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
Ordinary Returns
For a change-of-mind return, clothing must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags attached and original packaging retained. Contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt to request authorization.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. Our company address is also our authorized return address: 198 Rue De L'Octroi, 38780 Septème, France.
Return Shipping & Fees
If we sent an incorrect item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. For a change of mind, you pay return shipping, including shipment from the United States to our return address in France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem so we can arrange a resolution and any required return. The unused, unwashed, tags and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item.
Refunds
After a refund is approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. The time for it to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
